Desert Mail

Looking west into Red Rock Canyon from outside of the canyon. I drove by these mailboxes on the way to the station to grab some brew for later and thought the boxes atop the 55 gallon drum might make a fairly interesting photo. As always, that’s up to you!!

Desert Ass

These wild donkeys roam Red Rock Canyon free as the hot desert air flows through the canyons. After the fiasco at work today, see previous post or two, I needed to mellow out. Thank God for Red Rock Canyon, always my trusted companion.

These critters walk very slowly, stop frequently and just stand and stare with no motion whatsoever. I say these critter know how to truly take in the beauty and wonderful silence found in my favorite canyons. Via Nikon D3300 with Nikkor 70-300mm lens.
