Chili Time Again!!

Oh yeah! It’s been a short while so here is the next batch. No two are ever alike, especially since I had a small portion of an old onion and altered the ratio of kidney beans and diced tomatoes. Then I used a shitload of chili powder and a couple other ingredients. I turned up the meat a bit too, to 1.5 pounds. I think it’ll be ready by six PM this eve, and that’s kind of pushing it for good chili. Gotta be slow cooked you know… 🌞 🍵




It still needs those extra onions!!
